Frame: The Q355 steel frame is hot-dip galvanized and finished by welding, coated with 100 g/m2 hot-dip galvanized zinc, and the surface uses a 100 um electrostatic powder treatment finish. Q355 steel is better than Q235, and with HDG powder spray treatment, it would maintain the frame with a high level of anti-corrosion.

Roof: For the roof, our caissons are made of PU foam (45 kg/m3 which meets the PIR standard) which has high integrity for airtightness, which would be better than common EPS sandwich panel or glass wool as roof insulation.

Panel: For sandwich panels, we emphasize the density and thickness of both sides of steel plates, in turn, you can find treatment with aluminum zinc magnesium AMZ galvanized 100g/m2 with baked finish PE 20/5um. This can last for over 25 years.
