  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a return or refund.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the container.
  3. Packaging: Pack the container securely in its original packaging. Include the RMA number and a copy of your purchase receipt.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned container, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange the container for a different model, please specify this in your return request. We will assist you in processing the exchange based on availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
